Perceptive Profile Sdn Bhd (PPSB) is the leading player in the PVC Edging market in Malaysia. PPSB began with just four lines of manufacturing and the initial capacity of 100,000 linear meters PVC profiles per month. In 1995 which was the inception year happens to be the year of achievement in which we gained acknowledgment from customers in the PVC industry and also international notice for our skills and abilities. PERCEPTIVE has exceeded 1,500,000 linear meters per month in total output for edging bands stripe with constant development. PERCEPTIVE’s products have been effectively established locally and in international market and are well recognized for the outstanding finishing.

The Compound, Extrusion and Printing Department have been expanded continuously. With the above expansion, we are able to fulfill the newest trend in the furniture industries in which we can produce highly excellent coloured profiles. Our outstanding plastic compound has been sold to various manufacturers as raw materials to produce high-performance precision and technical components as well as components for the electrical and electronic industries.

PPSB has moved towards a new platform through Research and Development (R&D) developing Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) products, a Hi-Tech environment protection material for the future. WPC is 100% recyclable and agrobio-based product.

In 2006, our own Tooling Department was successfully established. The company registered it’s products in Malaysia under the trademark “ABWOOD.” Perceptive’s Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) products are credentialed with quality trademark and termites resistance by Forest Research Institute of Malaysia (FRIM).

In 2010, we became a member of CIDB as we could now partake in commercial and government projects throughout the country. In 2011, we successfully obtained ISO 9001:2008. In May 2013, we gained the SIRIM Eco-Labelling License to strengthen the reputation of the brand ABWOOD.
